TPS must be a reference mark in textile processing, for consumers (B to C) and professionals (B to B).

The ambition is to expand in the 9 provinces of the country, with a focus on cities with a large population with purchasing power (At least 1,000 inhabitants). To meet the needs of the B to B market, TPS aims to be the benchmark in industrial laundry, applying the industry's methods and rules like the RABC standard.

By 2025, the TPS brand is planning to establish itself in the sub-region, in a country like Cameroon or Equatorial Guinea.

TPS GABON intends to position itself on the industrial laundry market - Pressing, as a reference provider based on 3 founding principles:

The desire to see more people having access to a service dedicated to textile processing (Drycleaner) is at the heart of the TPS process. It is therefore a question of always being closer to consumers in order to democratize the service. Thus, TPS GABON has the ambition to settle where its competitors are not represented.

Respect of deadlines:

The ongoing challenge for TPS is to combine the respect of processing times with the high volumes of clothing to be processed. Thus, the requirements of B to B customers are to be considered as well as the constraints in B to C.

The company aims to satisfy the needs of the professionals (Hotels - Restaurants - Spas) by offering a dedicated service of quality (Respect of standards and techniques of the laundry) and, to satisfy the deep expectations of the households (Low-cost service - Qualitative - Of proximity - with home delivery). For households, TPS intends to be a solution, through relay points, for areas not served by water.

Our objectives can be broken down as follows:

- Develop the TPS brand as a reference in textile processing within 3 years;

- The growth of our relay points (4 relay points / boroughs) will be at a rate of 3-4 per quarter;

- B to C market shares: 30% of the market within 3 years;

In terms of business, our objectives are measured in terms of the market share we will occupy in the short, medium and long term market. The key indicators are: Number of garments processed (Number of KG processed / Day and Number of garments ironed / Day) - Number of subscribers - Number of incidents recorded per Month - Number of relay points for our network extent.

Our commercial objective will be in quarters, with an opening of 3-4 relay points in the districts of Libreville. Then, a periodic opening of branches in the cities of the interior of the country, from the 3rd year.

TPS's competitive approach aims to provide a number of benefits to customers;

In B to B: Improvement of the quality of the service with additional services (Cleaning products - Professional clothing rental). There is also a cost reduction through the outsourcing of the service we offer.

In B to C: Home delivery proposal, meeting the deep expectations of customers. Improvement of client health: Non-use of perchlorethylene product for dry washing. Development of a mobile application to better meet the needs.

SERVICE

The activity of the company breaks down as follows: Washing, Ironing and garment processing - Clothing rental - Sale of washing products and equipment - Manufacture and sale of clothing - Tagged clothing and sale of carpets - Sale of products hygiene.

The company offers its services to 2 types of customers: B to B (Hotels, Motels, Restaurants, Spas, Hairdressing ...) and, B to C (Households). Our basic service is Laundry - Drying.

In the B to B, we offer the treatment of professional clothing (sponges, bath towels, bed sheets ...). In the B to C, we offer the treatment of dry clothing and water.
